Our return policy is that clients are allowed to return defective and non-defective items only on delivery which means that it is up to the client to inspect the items and confirm that they are in order before accepting them within 4 days on receiving them.
Furniture once assembled are not returnable. Clients are given dimensions to enable them make informed decisions before purchase. Technician assembling fee applies and price depends on complexity of the furniture
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt as proof of purchase. The return method is in store at no cost for the restocking fee.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products), used bath and beddings accessories. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
