✔ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔ Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ Items such as personal care products, clearance items, and customized products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
- Ship the Item Back: You are responsible for returning the item to our specified address. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:

4. Exchanges

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
