Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver countrywide and across East Africa at a small fee

Same day delivery for Nairobi Residents for orders confirmed before 5pm. Orders past 5pm are delivered the next day.

Parcels paid for before 5pm are dispatched same day via preferred courier service available on the check out.

Payment after delivery for Nairobi Residents.
Payment before delivery for parcels outside Nairobi.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs depend on your location and order size. Fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.

✔ Other Counties: Shipping fees vary by region
✔ Free Shipping: Available for bulk orders or special promotions (subject to terms)

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order details and tracking information (if applicable).

What If I Miss My Delivery?

If our courier is unable to reach you, they will attempt a second delivery. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and you may be required to pay an additional delivery fee for re-shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.
